Clear scope. Fixed prices.
All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Microsoft 365 licences are paid to Microsoft or your licence reseller and stay in your name. Nothing extra is ever charged without your written approval.
Two ways to buy. Business Email Setup, the Security Review and Device Setup can be ordered online through a short form. We confirm in writing and send an invoice, payable before work starts. Clarwyn Care, Cyber Essentials readiness and custom work start with a written quote. We review every order within one working day; if your set-up needs more than the package covers, we tell you before starting and you can pay the difference or take a full refund. Business customers only.
Business Email Setup
£149 up to 3 users
£39 per additional user. Existing mailbox migration £49 each.
- Microsoft 365 tenant created or tidied, in your name
- Domain connected, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your mail is trusted
- User accounts, shared mailboxes and aliases (for example hello@ or accounts@)
- Multi-factor sign-in for every user
- A separate, dedicated admin account
- Outlook and Teams on up to 2 devices per user, with written guides
- Written handover document

Security Review and Remediation
£249 up to 10 users
For businesses already on Microsoft 365. £15 per additional user.
- Written review against a defined checklist, rated red, amber or green
- Multi-factor sign-in, admin roles and dormant accounts
- Email protection: anti-phishing, spoofing and forwarding rules
- OneDrive and SharePoint sharing settings
- Remediation of every red item, once approved in writing
- Amber items are recommendations, quoted separately in writing before any work is done
- A one-page summary suitable for insurers and customers

Clarwyn Care
£20 per user per month, Essentials
£30 per user per month, Plus
Essentials: minimum £50 a month, reply within 1 working day.
Plus: minimum £90 a month, reply within 4 working hours.
- New starters and leavers set up or removed securely
- Password, access and mailbox requests
- Monthly checks of sign-in alerts, licences and security settings

- Plus adds a quarterly security review, device health checks via Intune where licensed, and licence advice
Support by email, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, excluding bank holidays.

Not included
- Microsoft 365 licences, domain renewals and hardware, which you pay for directly and own.
- On-site visits. All work is delivered remotely.
- Telephone support. Requests are handled in writing so there is always a clear record.
- Hardware repairs, printers and broadband faults. We will tell you plainly if something is outside our scope.
Partner introduction offer. Clients introduced by an accountant, bookkeeper, web designer or other adviser get one of: £25 off their first fixed package (Business Email Setup, Security Review and Remediation or Device Setup), or half price on their first month of Clarwyn Care. New clients only; one discount per client; applied to the first invoice; can't be combined with any other offer; the client must name the referring firm when ordering or asking for a quote. No fee is paid to the referring firm. More for accountants and other advisers.
