Jamie Castle, founder
Clarwyn IT is run by Jamie Castle, who carries out every piece of work personally. Jamie's background is in IT and application support: resolving problems, writing clear documentation and keeping business systems running.
Clarwyn IT exists because many small businesses are left with a Microsoft 365 set-up that nobody fully understands. Larger IT providers are rarely interested in a five-person firm, and an informal helper does not always leave things secure or written down.
Our principles
- Written-first. Every quote, change and handover is in writing.
- Fixed prices. You know the cost before any work starts.
- Your account stays yours. Licences, domains and admin control remain in your name.
- Honest scope. If something is outside what we do well, we say so and suggest where to go.
Who we work with
UK businesses with 1 to 20 people that use, or want to use, Microsoft 365 for email and files: clinics and practitioners, estate and letting agents, recruiters, architects and other professional services firms. We also work alongside accountants and web designers whose clients need Microsoft 365 help.
