For accountants and other advisers
Introduce a client, and they get a welcome discount
If your clients need business email set up, Microsoft 365 tidied or secured, or a new laptop set up, you can introduce them to us. They get £25 off their first fixed package, or half price on their first month of Clarwyn Care. You stay their trusted adviser, and we stay in our lane.
The offer
Every client you introduce can choose one of:
- £25 off their first fixed package: Business Email Setup, Security Review and Remediation, or Device Setup
- Half price on their first month of Clarwyn Care
The discount goes to your client. No fee or commission is paid to you, so there is no referral fee to disclose to your client and nothing for your firm to account for.
How to introduce a client
There are two ways. Use whichever suits you:
- Your client mentions your firm's name when they order online or ask us for a quote.
- You email [email protected] with your client copied in, and we take it from there.
We reply to your client in writing within one working day, with a plan and a fixed price. With your client's permission, we copy you into the handover so you know their set-up is sorted.
Why advisers introduce us
- Microsoft 365 and email only. We never touch your clients' books, software or websites, and we don't offer accountancy or web design.
- Fixed prices, agreed in writing. Your client knows the price before anything starts, so there are no surprise bills coming back to you.
- A written handover every time. Your client knows who has admin access and how things are set up.
- Data handled properly. A UK GDPR data processing agreement as standard, and access only through named admin accounts. We never ask for passwords.
