Before you order. The laptop must run Windows 11 Pro or Windows 10 Pro. Windows Home cannot be joined to your business Microsoft 365 account or managed centrally, so it is not suitable. Windows 10 reached end of support in October 2025, so new laptops should come with Windows 11 Pro. Fully automatic setup (Windows Autopilot with automatic enrolment) needs Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID P1, both included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium. If your licences do not include them, we will quote the licence upgrade or carry out a guided manual setup instead, confirmed in writing before you are invoiced.

What happens next

1. You send your order using the form below. It takes about five minutes.
2. We confirm your order in writing within one working day. If your set-up needs more than the package covers, we tell you before anything is charged.
3. We email an invoice, payable by bank transfer before work starts, with a short setup questionnaire about your users, mailboxes, data and devices.
4. You return the questionnaire by email, which starts the turnaround. We then send written instructions for granting secure admin access and ask for anything still missing.
5. Work starts. Timescale confirmed in writing with your order, based on when the laptop arrives and you return the setup questionnaire. You receive a written handover at the end.
