What happens next

1. You send your order using the form below. It takes about five minutes.
2. We confirm your order in writing within one working day. If your set-up needs more than the package covers, we tell you before anything is charged.
3. We email an invoice, payable by bank transfer before work starts, with a short setup questionnaire about your users, mailboxes, data and devices.
4. You return the questionnaire by email, which starts the turnaround. We then send written instructions for granting secure admin access and ask for anything still missing.
5. Work starts. Typical turnaround: 3 to 5 working days from when you return the setup questionnaire. You receive a written handover at the end.
